Brent Conway, Ed.D., is an educational leader with more than 25 years of experience in the field. He has been a classroom teacher, a special education leader, a building administrator and is currently the assistant superintendent for the Pentucket Regional School District in West Newbury, Mass. As a principal, Conway led Lincoln Elementary School in Melrose, Mass. to achieve a National Blue Ribbon School designation in 2015 for closing achievement gaps. As assistant superintendent in Pentucket, he leads efforts in the district, across Massachusetts and throughout the country to implement evidence-based literacy instruction. In addition to being a national leader and speaker for literacy, he has built opportunities for advanced coursework for high school students in science, engineering and math pathways.

Shelley Moore, Ph.D., is an inclusive educator, storyteller and researcher based in British Columbia, Canada. She has worked with school districts and community organizations around the world. Moore’s research explores how to support teachers in designing for all learners in grade- level academic classrooms, including students with intellectual disabilities, using strength-based and responsive approaches. She holds an undergraduate degree in special education from the University of Alberta, a master’s degree from Simon Fraser University and a doctorate from the University of British Columbia.

Katie Novak, Ed.D., is an internationally renowned educational consultant, adjunct instructor at the University of Pennsylvania, best-selling author, podcast host and founder of Novak Educational Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience in education, Novak has authored 16 books, including best-sellers “UDL Now!,” “The Shift to Student-Led” and the newly released “Elevating Educational Design with AI.” Her work has reached 33 states and 28 countries, significantly shaping educational practices on an international scale.
