Research & Evaluation
Research Summary
According to a randomized-controlled trial conducted by the MobyMax publisher, MobyMax Math had an effect size of 0.698, equaling of one year of academic growth from 100 minutes of use per week. Additionally, the study reported MobyMax Language having an effect size of 0.873, equaling one academic year's worth of growth from 30 minutes of use per week. A master's thesis and correlational study also found increases in student achievement in students using MobyMax. However, none of the studies found were peer-reviewed, therefore, there is insufficient evidence to support the efficacy of MobyMax at this time.
