Program Description
Wayfinder partners with educators to guide students through meaningful learning experiences that help them build belonging, purpose, and future-ready skills to help them succeed in school and life. This research-backed, educator-designed curriculum aims to do two things: 1) help students develop resilience, regulate their emotions, and manage their well-being; 2) and to encourage students to contribute to their communities, explore career paths, and make daily decisions guided by their values and aligned to their greater purpose.

Research & Evaluation
Research Summary
One independent evaluation report found that following the implementation of Wayfinder, a sample of secondary school students scored higher on measures of purpose, identity expression, social awareness, cultural awareness, belonging, engagement, and emotional regulation when compared to scores of students in a control group. No peer-reviewed research was found. Therefore, there is insufficient evidence to support the efficacy of Wayfinder at this time.
