Research & Evaluation
Research Summary
Peer-reviewed research on Mindsetworks is limited. One study found that in a sample of 33 middle school students recieving the program, students' mindset and resilience scores were significantly greater post-intervention than their peers in the control group. One doctoral dissertation found mixed evidence. Specifically, the program had an effect on students' motivation and ability to have a "growth mindset", but no effects on academic performance post-intervention. Due to limited evidence, there is insufficient support for this program at this time.
