Research Summary
"As of July 2007, no studies of Soar to Success were found that fell within the scope of the Beginning Reading review protocol and met WWC evidence standards. Therefore, the WWC is unable to draw any research based conclusions about the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of Soar to Success to improve outcomes in this area. (WWC) Findings for Soar to Success were not supportive of this intervention. Research included one unpublished master's thesis and one unpublished journal article in which neither showed significant effects for the Soar to Success program."
