"Powerful Educator is a blended-learning professional development course that equips educators with essential SEL competencies to build a positive school culture. Through this research-based, 17-lesson program, educators will learn how to drive academic success and support student well being. This curriculum was created in partnership with Mindset Works, an organization founded by world-renowned growth mindset researcher Dr. Carol Dweck. Featuring a mix of inspiring stories, videos, and lessons from Mawi Learning and Dr. Dweck, the program is convenient, flexible, and motivational. Districts can use it to support a professional learning community or structured professional development." A fully online delivery option is also available. Program is intended for administrators and educators.
