2026 Nebraska MTSS Summit
Destination… Impact!
Turning MTSS Systems Into Literacy-Driven Student Outcomes
October 8–9, 2026
Join us this fall for the 2026 Nebraska MTSS Summit on Oct. 8 and 9 in Kearney! Hosted by Nebraska MTSS, in partnership with the Nebraska Department of Education’s Office of Special Education, this two-day event will help educators make an impact by using multi-tiered systems of support to improve literacy outcomes. Sessions will highlight achieved outcomes and the systems in place that lead to them.
Beginning April 15, participants may register to attend the summit in person at the Younes Conference Center North or to join sessions virtually.
About the theme
The theme of this year’s Nebraska MTSS Summit is “Destination… Impact! Turning MTSS Systems Into Literacy-Driven Student Outcomes.” It centers on leveraging MTSS to drive meaningful improvements in student literacy outcomes. The summit will feature outcome-focused sessions that highlight evidence-based practices shown to strengthen student learning. Designed to build on and extend the work educators have already begun through NeMTSS workshops and implementation support, the summit will help teams deepen, refine and amplify their impact for each learner.
The summit will serve as an introduction and expansion of work educators are starting or have already begun with NeMTSS workshops and implementation support.
Registration
Registration will open April 15 and is expected to close Aug. 15, unless capacity is reached before that date. Virtual and in-person registration is $140 per person. More details, including how to register and reserve lodging, will be available on our summit website later this spring.
