Research Summary
Literature review indicated mixed results. In some studies, students showed a generally positive change with self-regulation as a result of the program. Other studies, including one randomized controlled trial, found no significant differences in student behavior or disciplinary referrals. No improvements in academics between pre- and posttests were reported.
