"Puzzle Piece Phonics is a K-2 Comprehensive Word Study Program developed by three teachers. While teaching, we noticed the high level of growth that students made with effectively executed foundational skills lessons. When searching for programs/curriculums to teach our students, we struggled to find resources needed to fit a Balanced Literacy centered classroom." According to EdReport’s Science of Reading Snapshot, this program addresses 3/5 foundational literacy components for grades K-1, and 2/5 for grade 2.
