Join us for Coffee Connect!
The NeMTSS team is excited to continue Coffee Connect in the 2025-26 school year!.
This virtual event series aims to build collaboration, community, and capacity among educators and others building their multi-tiered system of support in Nebraska schools.
Each session will start with information from NeMTSS Integrated Support Specialists and then allow time for questions and sharing from participants.
These conversations are free and open to all Nebraska educators and those working to support MTSS across the state; however, registration is required to receive the Zoom information.
We encourage you to register soon and save the dates!
Each quarter’s Coffee Connect will be from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Central (7:00 to 8:00 a.m. Mountain).
If you miss an event, video recordings will be available in our YouTube page and in the NeMTSS media library.
Coffee Connect theme
During the next school year, Integrated Support Specialists will be collaborating with NDE and other NeMTSS colleagues to host four Coffee Connect sessions via Zoom. Each session will focus on different practices within MTSS systems while incorporating the use of foundational Restorative Practices. Sessions will also provide activities and resources to support skill development related to the topic.

Aug. 19, 2026 – Holding High Expectations and ‘Doing With’ Students
What to expect
Informal sessions will provide opportunities to:
- Share resources.
- Learn from each other.
- Collaborate and build community.
- Build educator capacity.

Please note:
- The same Zoom link will be used for all sessions.
- Each session will be recorded and posted to the NeMTSS Media Library and NeMTSS YouTube Channel for anyone who would like to rewatch the presentations.
- Discussions will not be included in the recording and any comments will be de-identified to protect the participants in the online learning space.
