Webinar series focuses on evidence-based strategies for teaching

NeMTSS team is excited to announce a new webinar series aimed at enhancing the use of evidence-based strategies in classrooms across Nebraska, with a focus on providing Tier 1 Core supports within a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) framework. The four-part webinar series includes 10 pre-recorded videos that outline evidence-based strategies for teaching to help schools and districts achieve the goals set forth in their Targeted Improvement Plans (TIPs).

Continuous Improvement Plan Template

New Continuous Improvement Plan template available

As part of the NeMTSS team’s coherence work with the Nebraska Department of Education, a revised template has been created to help schools document their continuous improvement efforts. The new Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) template captures all areas of continuous improvement to reduce redundancy and ensure coherence across the state, and it is structured to meet all regulatory requirements for Section 009 – Continuous Improvement as set forth in NAC 92 Chapter 10 – Regulations and Procedures for the Accreditation of Schools.

NeMTSS Regional Map

New Team page launched

Nebraska MTSS has a new and improved Team page! This past year, we worked to strengthen our regional ties and work together in regional support teams. The new page has been reorganized to better reflect how our regional support team members serve programs and districts throughout the state, and makes it easier to find who you are looking for on the website.
